The phone comes with a 120 Hz refresh rate 5.0-inch touchscreen display offering a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels (FHD+). itel A25 is powered by a Octa-Core Unisoc SC9832E (28nm) processor. It comes with 1GB of RAM. The itel A25 runs Android 9.0 (Pie) and is powered by a 3020mAh non-removable battery. The itel A25 supports 10W Turbo Charge fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the itel A25 on the rear packs a dual camera setup featuring a 2-megapixel wide primary camera; and a 0.8-megapixel (ultra wide-angle) camera . It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring a 2-megapixel sensor.

The itel A25 runs Mali-T820 MP1 is based on Android 9.0 (Pie) and packs 16GB of inbuilt storage that can be expanded via microSD card.
