OnePlus Pad tablet was launched in 7th February 2023. The phone comes with a 120 Hz refresh rate 11.61-inch touchscreen display offering a resolution of 2000 x 2800 pixels. The display IPS LCD, 1B colors, Dolby Vision for protection. OnePlus Pad is powered by an Octa-Core Mediatek MT6983 Dimensity 9000 (4 nm) processor. It comes with 8GB of RAM. The OnePlus Pad runs Android 13, OxygenOS 13.1 and is powered by a 9510mAh battery. The OnePlus Pad supports proprietary 67W Turbo fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the OnePlus Pad on the rear packs a triple camera setup featuring a 13-megapixel (f/1.8) wide primary camera. The rear camera setup has autofocus. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring 8-megapixel ultrawide cover camera sensor.

OnePlus Pad runs Mali-G710 MC10 based on Android 13, OxygenOS 13.1 and packs 128GB of inbuilt storage. The OnePlus Pad measures 258 x 189.4 x 6.5 mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 552 g (1.22 lb). It features an IP54 rating for dust and water protection. It was launched in Halo Green colour.
